We are not born as meat-eaters and our human body was not meant to digest meat. He talks about the first animal rights movement in history alongside animal cruelty. 3 part series. Be Vegetarian There is currently great awareness about vegetarianism especially among celebrities. Truly, we are born vegetarian. The most obvious factor is that our teeth don't match those of meat eating animals. We lack claws to prey on our food source. Animals can digest raw meat without cleansing. Humans cannot do that. All our foods have to be washed of dirt and insects. Our intestines are very long in comparison to animals. Animals can digest meat very fast because of it. In humans digesting meat takes about three days, which means that food spoils in the intestines causing sickness and disease. Meat also clogs our arteries. In Hindu culture our ancestors who were hunters ate meat. Unfortunately, their blood is still running in our veins. We need to purify it. Thousands of years ago however, out of realization that eating beef was harmful they declared the cow a sacred animal. When people considered the cow sacred they could no longer kill it. The cow is also considered like a mother because we are raised on her milk. The animal rights movement started in order to protect the life of animals. Krishna's cousin, a Jain tirthankar, had this vision. Krishna arranged for his wedding in a city in an area where many animals were caged in. His cousin inquired of his charioteer why they were there. The charioteer informed him that they were there for the wedding waiting to be slaughtered. He immediately ordered the charioteer to free all the animals from the cage. That was the origin of animal rights awareness. He then asked his charioteer to take him up the hill and there he became a monk and later became enlightened. He was the 22nd Jain Tirthankar. Krishna followed his example and now you see Krishna's pictures always with animals around him. While he plays the flute the animals are in trance next to him. Even animals can go into trance around peaceful people. They were familiar only to hunting. As time went by and discovered that they could grow vegetables, they came to appreciate what nature was providing them and gradually they turned to vegetarianism. Vegetarianism has the added benefit of being healthful to our body; no heart or arterial problems come from eating vegetarian foods. Vegetarianism puts you on the path to non-violence. The difference between meat and vegetables is this: meat grows inside the uterus of the mother (human or animal) and is born through a body canal. Vegetables are grown and come through the soil of the earth. Avoid animal products for health reasons; even too much milk can create problems in the body. Meat eaters are not aware of the cruelty that is being done to the animal. Once people become aware of this they will turn to vegetarianism. It is also advisable not to use shoes made of leather except as Gandhi advised in India, to use the leather from animals who died naturally. They are produced non-violently. We need to raise our voice against those products. For example to make a beautiful snakeskin purse for women it takes the skin of about 40 snakes. The process to acquire the skin is extremely cruel. The snakes are caught, hung by nail hammered into their head to a tree and a hot iron is applied to the skin in order to peel it off. The snakes are left hanging and they die a long and tortured death. The men who do this do not have the compassion to at least remove the nail from the snake's head or kill it. All of this is done to multiple snakes to make one handbag. At the very least, if you want to use leather buy inexpensive shoes. Many rich women who wear expensive leather shoes declare themselves vegetarian. Sometimes to make the most expensive shoes they have to take the baby from the animal's womb in order to get its soft skin. Promote those products. Once you do this you are becoming more and more vegetarian. Avoid eating eggs because the yoke of the egg is full of cholesterol. The method of producing eggs is also unnatural. Chickens are fed special ingredients mixed into their food in order to produce more eggs. Their body suffers from the increased production of eggs. Their life span is shorter because of it and so they are slaughtered for their meat. These are just a few examples of the cruelty inflicted on animals in order to produce these products for human consumption. We need to either stop using the products or boycott their use. If you can be fully vegetarian eat produce that grows from the earth directly. If you have a pet animal, like a cow or sheep, care for them well, treat them humanely, and use the milk when you need it. This is acceptable. Meat on the other hand is not good for health; it will shorten your life. You will suffer from ailments like high blood pressure, cholesterol, and you might end up needing a major and costly surgery to correct your problems. If you cannot be a strict vegetarian at least be moderately vegetarian. Vegetables pass through your system fast, within 12 hours. This is not so with meat. By protecting animals humanity can bring beauty to the planets. Follow non-violence by becoming vegetarian. Feel oneness with every living being - human, animal and vegetation. You do not have to cut the apple tree in order to get one apple. The tree stays alive. You cannot eat beef by just cutting a small part of the animal. You have to kill the whole animal. Think about all these things. Gandhi was invited to London to see if he could be converted to Christianity. The thought was that if he was to be converted all of India would become Christian. Does conversion make the world better? No. Just teach good things to people, don't try to convert them. Gandhi was staying with a family and they served him meat. He objected and refused to eat it. The children of the host asked him why he was vegetarian. He said simply that he did not wish to kill animals or a tree for one apple or a tomato plant for one tomato. That night instead of Gandhi being converted to Christianity the children ended up following Gandhi's teaching. Vegetarianism has positive effects on a person -- good health, good energy flow and clears body channels. When a seeker begins to blossom, under the influence of the teachings of a live master, society looks down on him. He is considered crazy and it is difficult for society to accept him. People who follow New Age teachings are not considered spiritual because they are confused and they fall into the trap of religious teachings. Those seekers who have a live master are very fortunate. They are with the master for one reason only and that is to learn. Their curiosity is for learning. Religious teachings keep you in a small box, not allowing you to expand yourself. Whereas spirituality, is an undefined path of discovering your true self, leading you to your soul, God. Transcription Religion versus Spirituality There is confusion about religion and spirituality. Religion is not spirituality and spirituality is not religion. Religion teaches a way of life in society. Hinduism, Jainism, and Buddhism have different paths of teaching. People think that by connecting or conversing with God or by following a certain code of dress they are in religion. Every religion tries to bring peace in the world but they want to do it through their own path. The more they insist on their way the more wars they create. A teacher recently was jailed in Africa because her students wanted to name a toy teddy bear Mohammed and according to Islam you cannot name a teddy bear by the prophet's name. Religion doesn't bring peace despite all the good teachings. Religion is like a garden that is full of various flowers, most fragrant and a few not so fragrant. As soon as religion starts to brainwash its people they will fight until death for their ideas. Religion's role is to bring goodness to people only. Spirituality is the better way because it avoids the pitfall of religious teaching or a way. Spirituality is the pathless path. It takes you on a backward journey into yourself. When you search deep into your being you are spiritual. This focus, not the focus on others or the outside world, into the depth of your soul will lead you to God. This is not a belief; it is a knowing. Being spiritual allows you to blossom. It brings peace to the person and to the world. The soul, atma, for which there is another word, Parusha, is the light inside of you. It is the force that drives the body. The body cannot be alive without this light no matter if the organs and the senses are still present. The soul or atma can be elevated to mahatma, the great soul and to paramahatma, the expanded soul or consciousness. When this peace is achieved through spirituality you can bring peace to the world. But first be a peaceful person yourself. Don't try to change others. Spirituality is the best way of understanding and if the world becomes spiritual peace will prevail. Once you understand spirituality and expand the soul it can travel to other planets because the soul, the light, does not need oxygen to survive. In spirituality the soul will blossom and expand and there will be no differentiation between you and God. However, it must be clarified that these so- called spiritual experiences are drug induced and are hallucinations. A spiritual person does not need a drug to relax them; they understand that meditation is the true key to relaxation. Yes, you may see colors and feel a little bit high, but hallucinations are not the reality of soul. The only way to know soul is through self-awareness and meditation, not drugs. By harming your body, your instrument becomes impaired thus preventing you from knowing soul. Transcription: Drugs in Spirituality Most western students of spirituality have wrong impressions on the issue of drugs. They think Shiva used drugs, Tatura -- a slow poison. They ask why they cannot use marijuana if Shiva used Tatura. Actually Shiva used Kelash, which is grown in the Himalayas. It is always in a frozen state. Shiva lived the kind of life where he was exposed to extreme cold, he was naked except for the skin of a leopard and he was always in meditation. People today do not live in those extreme conditions, but they will justify the use of marijuana citing Shiva as an example. In reality they are addicted to this drug. If you use marijuana for spirituality you are on the wrong path. Marijuana is a slow poison that will eat at your brain. Taking drugs does not make you spiritual even though you might experience unusual things under their influence. You cannot experience meditation with marijuana. You are not looking at yourself when you use this drug. You are simply escaping your difficulties temporarily. All drugs are harmful even those prescribed by doctors. Look at anesthesia; it puts you out completely for many hours where you are not aware of anything. Those who suffer from severe pain may legitimately use marijuana but a healthy, normal person should avoid it. Do not use it in the name of spirituality. This drug is a cancer in our society and it needs to be wiped out. Stay away from this slow poison. For people of all religions God is a being, a Father who sits on his golden throne. He is omnipotent and almighty. People fear him because they think he can punish or they pray to please him. Why does God need prayer and praise if he is almighty? He does not need praise. These wrong ideas have been embedded in people's minds. God is not separate from us. He is inside of you; he is you. Whereas God is bodiless, our problem as people is that we are trapped by karma in our body. When the soul is released from karma, pain, suffering and sensation it achieves real freedom. That soul is blissful. In reality we are that. God is not somewhere above in the "Kingdom of Heaven." By expanding your soul you become closer and closer to God who is formless and shapeless. Those who claim that they converse with God are false because how can you converse with a bodiless entity? Conversation takes place only when there is body. But an enlightened can converse with God because when he leaves his last body he merges with the light. God is that light. God is a shining and there is no purpose to the shining just as the sun shines without purpose. The shining surrounds you and if you can grasp it you can benefit from it. Your soul is that shining. There is no place where there is no shining. This shining surrounds all the galaxies; God is omnipresent and omniscient. Only the person can realize God can know the truth. By expanding yourself through a lot of spiritual practice, sadhana, you can realize this. But something that holds true is that people need to believe in themselves. By believing in yourself, and knowing yourself, you come to realize deeper truths that have always been inside you. You don't need outer worship or outer beliefs to know truth. You need to focus inwardly and know/realize yourself. Transcription Who is an atheist? Many people, particularly scientists, are declaring themselves to be atheists. In their mind it is impossible to prove the existence of God, the soul or reincarnation. They are attempting to prove God through scientific methods. Light or soul cannot be proven. Atma is shapeless and if it is formless how can you prove it? Your brain holds billions of bits of information, but it is impossible to prove it and there is no need to prove it. You know it. An atheist thinks he doesn't believe in the existence of God, soul, or incarnation. In reality an atheist and a theist are two sides of the same coin. The atheist condemns any faith or organized religion. An atheist, by his own logic denies the existence of God and soul and a theist, also by his own logic accepts the existence of God and soul. Actually, an atheist might be more curious about God or our existence than a theist. A theist is merely a believer. All beliefs are false for the reason that they can change from one day to the next. It means they are not eternal. Today you might be a Christian and tomorrow you will be a Buddhist. But where did your belief go? It was false. The person who inquires about themselves is the best person. Being an atheist or a theist does not make sense. The spiritual person who is trying to discover who he is, is on the right path. To be an atheist or a theist does not bring peace to the world. These converters are an example of religious madness. Imagine if the whole world was converted to one religion, people will still find a reason to kill each other. Why convert others from one religion to another religion, while keeping them in a small box. Enlightened Master, Acharya Shree Yogeesh, emphasizes the only reason to convert: Convert the people's hearts. Convert them to be more compassionate, kind, and loving people. There's no need to convert their religion, convert their hearts. Transcription: Are religious door-to-door converters doing the right thing? This is really a revolutionary question. Anger is the madness of the mind but religious madness is the worst kind of madness. Sometimes there are people who will knock on your door during the early hours of the morning, who have come to convert you. They will disturb you while you are spending time with your family. I had an experience with three religious converters. They did not know I was a Spiritual Teacher. They were happy that I invited them into the living room, because they found someone to convert. They were determined. I was ready to be converted. I asked them first, "Do you believe that we are all Children of God?" "Yes, he is our Father," they answered. "Then why are we poor, if we are his children? Do you think God is Almighty?" "Yes, God is Almighty. God is everywhere, he can do as he wishes." According to them God was a male. They called him Father. They never said that God could be a called Mother. "If he is the Father, then why are we suffering? Why do we have pain? I know that a very ordinary father will not eat, if he sees his child suffering with disease or pain. He will feel the pain of the child. Until the child is cured, that father cannot relax. How do you think your Father will feel knowing all of his children are suffering? Do you think he can rest in peace?" As soon as the men heard my answer they whispered to other saying that I was a difficult person to convert. However, they found an answer. "It is Satan who makes us suffer." "I accept your idea that it is because of Satan we are suffering. God doesn't make us suffer, only Satan can," I replied. " So then, who created this world?" "God." "Who created Satain?" "God." "Who is responsible for our suffering if God created Satan? "Satan is speaking through you. They never bothered me again. This is an example of what I call religious madness. They came to convert me, but truly what are they trying to convert? If a person is already following Catholicism and a Jehovah's Witness has come to convert, what happens next? They are making a person chance from one small box to the next. Islam is also an example of religious madness. It is important to mention that it is unfortunate that all the terrorists are Muslim. Osama bin Laden said that the whole world should be Muslim. Imagine if the whole world became like him. We will go back to the Stone Age. These Muslim terrorists have given their own religion a bad name. Why? There is a saying that if one fish dies in a small pond, it spoils the water of the entire pond. These Islamic terrorists, Jihadists, are ruining the name of good Muslims. There are good people too among them. The idea to convert religions is religious madness. Converting is not good. Converting doesn't make people become better. Those who are religious and do not convert are better people. By converting from one religion to another, religious madness does not go away. If you want to convert I will give you an idea. Convert a person's heart. Make a person good. Make him/her compassionate, non-violent, loving, and someone better in society. Some churches go as far as to request their income tax statements. God, is not a person, nor a king, and requires no money. The best donation is from the heart as it comes from pure intention. Required donations are forced and are given hesitantly. If you'd like to give, give from your heart, but know that God (what people think is God) does not need your money. Be aware of where the money is spent. Is your hard-working money paying off lawsuits and scandals? Be aware. Transcription Is giving 10% of your money the right thing to do? There was an old tradition in the Jain religion that if one person in the community lost his business or went bankrupt each family in the community would donate 1 "dollar" and 1 brick to that person's family. So if there are 10,000 families in the community the person would receive 10,000 dollars and 10,000 bricks so he can have a small house and start a business. That was the commitment among Jains and that is why Jains are the richest in India today. It is unclear where the origin of tithing 10% of one's income to the church comes from. Today tithing is done in the name of God and that is the wrong thing to do. First of all, God is not a person. He does not need your money and he will not punish you if you do not give. According to the church's teaching, we are all God's children so why would God punish his children? For churches to ask 10% of a person's income means the church wants to get rich. No wonder churches are very rich. The fact that the church requires tithing is a practice gone too far. Some churches will go as far as looking at the tax returns of its members. This makes these churches very greedy. If someone goes to church to learn good things it is respectable to give voluntarily. Whatever amount he can give is the equal to what someone else gives. Whatever is given from the heart has meaning. It brings good karma. What is taken by force does not bring good karma to the church. If a church gets too greedy eventually it defaults. Money that is collected by forceful means is the wrong money. That church will never flourish. When money is given by heart that church or organization will flourish. Some claim God is speaking through them, as in some people might speak in tongues. It is because of their own personal weaknesses of needing attention do people speak in tongues. God does not speak. Only humans speak. Also, one may have a weak mind and possibly psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia. Remember, you cannot touch, see, hear, smell, or eat God. You can only realize it. Anyone that claims they can is not right in their mind. Transcription Some people claim God is talking to them or through them. What are they hearing? In the media we hear about people who claim that God talks to them. But it has to be understood that God is not a person and he does not speak. God is a shining that surrounds everything. What these people hear is their own mind and their own ideology. Churches claim that they will remove bad spirits and they try to attract people to come. People start singing, dancing, and even speaking in tongues. They claim that God is with them and talking through them. In Hindu religion people claim Shiva or Rama has entered their body and is with them. These are misguided people who want attention. They are people with schizophrenia, which is a disease. Those things that they talk about have no connection to the church, temple, or God. These people need healing and that healing has to come first from medication. Once they have taken the medication, they need guidance from the real spiritual teacher. With the right guidance they can eventually drop the medication. Be aware that people who claim to be speaking with God are not real, divine or religious people. They can harm society. Running away to caves or a mountain to meditate is the wrong thinking. Or finding a helpful mala is not enough. The true spiritual seeker is different from new age spiritualists. For the true seeker it is a slow and steady path building a solid foundation. Tune in. Transcription New Age spirituality is not true spirituality. Followers of New Age thought get trapped into a religion and culture. They are not spiritual at all. They think they found spirituality when they recite, "Aum nama shivah." They also think that by going to the Himalayas to meditate, they will become yogis. But they have not begun to really learn. You cannot become spiritual in one day. It takes years to clean up the body. If a person was a meat eater toxins accumulated in his body. Their minds and thoughts take a long time to clear. Their brand of spirituality closes them off. A spiritual person is a flourishing person. He is very compassionate towards society. Their flourishing comes from spiritual practice. They will not put down another person and they don't consider themselves the only spiritual people on earth. The more spiritual a person becomes the more he will expand in all directions. Spiritual people are alive. To sit in a cave meditating does not help society. Only a flourishing person can help society, he can affect others around him. If New Age people could become real spiritual people they could flourish, otherwise they are trapped in little things. A real spiritual seeker digs deep into his being and there he finds everlasting bliss. He does not have to close off from society. His knowledge, the knowing, can be shared if he is integrated into society. He can bring change to people around him. When Mahavira and Buddha were full of knowing they rushed to share their knowledge with people. Sometimes they would retreat to solitude until they became full again. Their knowledge made them alive and blissful. They spread the meditative light to everyone. A spiritual person is like a flower in its perfect state of blossoming. He can be anywhere in the world and be comfortable among all people. Knowledge makes a person full. It makes him alive, loving, and sharing. He chooses to live in society and does not run from it. Sanskrit has powerful sounds used in recitation of mantras that other languages lack. Sanskrit has 52 vowels and consonants and their combination makes very powerful sounds. It is a mystery how these powerful sounds were discovered but we are fortunate to have them available to us. A mantra is a combination of sound and this combination is divine. While you chant a mantra everyone around you will be protected. In Sanskrit each letter of the alphabet has a meaning. No other language has this. This is another reason why a mantra cannot be in any other language. Now, when different sounds with different meanings are put together these sounds affect the mind, thoughts, and the body. A mantra is divine. For example, when a, u and m are combined it becomes AUM. AUM is the root of all languages. A stands for Brahma, U stands for Vishnu, and M for Shiva. Transcription What intention should we have when repeating mantras? Chanting mantras or divine sound creates electricity in a room and that electricity enters into your body. If you are sitting under a temple dome, the sound waves created by chants circle the dome and enter to your body through the top of your head. These waves energize your body and heal you physically, mentally, and spiritually. Arhum is a very powerful sound. It clears your spine. It clears disease and pain in the back especially if you recite forcefully. It you repeat Arhum 108 times you will really perspire clearing everything in your body. Reciting mantras brings balance. Intention will also disappear. It is better to recite mantras without intention. The power of the mantra is through divine sound, therefore you do not need to know the meaning of the words. But if a mother recites mantra for her children, with intention, the electricity that is created will affect them and help them. Or if your intention is for the flourishing of your business reciting mantra will help that. The energy that is created will attract positive things to the business. The best way however, is to have no intention. You recite because you love it. There is no purpose or intention like the sun that shines or the flower that blossoms. There is no record of him in the Bible for 18 years. He reappeared when he was 30 years old. The church knows the truth but they will not divulge it because the institution will collapse if the truth is known. We know that Joseph was a great man. He not only saved Jesus, he also saved Mary, his mother. When people were putting her down, he was the one who saved her by marrying her. Jesus was not his own son but he loved him as his own son. He wanted him to be educated and the only universities, or education centers, at the time were in Nalanda, India. Because there were no borders then and trade was open in all those area, he sent Jesus, his son to the Nalanda city. Traveling businessmen took him to India. He was there for a minimum of 16 years. All living and educational expenses were covered. Joseph thought that since Jesus was a very bright person, with a good education he could become a great person. There is record and proof of Jesus' time in Nalanda in archives in Tibet where meticulous records were kept and Jesus' signature is matched with other records. It is the practice of Christians to put down all humans so everyone is trapped into the churches and all churches accumulate all the wealth. In this way, churches rule over the world. This ideology has not changed yet. Who is the Pope? Pope is a ruler and he rules very cleverly. He is like a king. The Pope has more wealth than other countries. Churches are the wealthiest entities in the world. They will make all humans sinners so they can believe in Jesus. This is a lie perpetuated for centuries and when a lie is told so many times people begin to believe it as truth. A poor man bought a baby goat and he wanted to raise it. He carried this goat over his shoulders to take it to his village. On the way three men with bad intentions decided to steal the villager's goat. As the villager passed each one, he was told how beautiful his dog was. The villager ignored the first man because he knew that he was carrying a goat not a dog. When the second approached him and repeated the same words, the villager began to doubt that perhaps he was carrying a dog but he continued. When the third man approached him saying, "how beautiful his dog was" he began to believe that this was really not a baby goat, but a dog. He dropped the goat by the side of the road and left. He felt insulted by the villagers because he was not supposed to carry a dog on his shoulders. So a lie told over and over becomes the truth. The lie being told that Jesus died for us has become the truth. What about before Jesus? Who was your savior? Who was saving humanity then? The population of the world was not Christian, who saved them? Who is saving countries like Japan or India that is not Christian? In time these lies became truth for people. Find a trusted source if you feel overwhelmed with emotion, guilt or stress. Remember, confession is just a release. You don't need to confess to "god" since God isn't a person. Transcript: If I confess my mistakes, will God be angry at me? Just by confessing to someone you are already a great person. Be careful whom you confess to because you do not want everything about you to be revealed to everyone. You are opening your heart to someone you want to be protected. There are only four people you should confess to. The first person would be someone very trustworthy in your own family, like a parent. Second person would be a very close and trustworthy friend. Jesus tried to tell people to be aware of their friends; only one among a million can be trusted. The third person would be a priest who is also trustworthy, but I don't trust Christian or Catholic priests as you see what is happening in the news. Some however are good. And lastly go to a saint or a trustworthy guru. If you cannot find any among these four go to the forest and scream out loud and confess your mistake. When you accept your mistakes God will smile on you, the God that is inside of you. God doesn't have anger; anger is unwanted material and it is not you. Anger comes from the outside; it is not an inner phenomenon. God is an inner phenomenon therefore God will be very happy with you. When you admit your mistake you are forgiven. Do we need to confess? In the real sense there is no need for confession. Confession takes place because you are over loaded with tension and depression and you cannot handle the stress. The best thing is to be normal, take a deep breath and find you. Once you do this there is no need to confess. Confession is a construct of organized religion. A spiritual person does not need to confess. As a spiritual your soul will know what you've done. Enlightenment is a slow and gradual process of knowing who you are and realizing your true self. It is a deep and profound knowing that everything is always new, infinite, and blissful. "Enlightenment is who you are already, but sometimes there are things that block you. Enlightenment does not happen at once. It takes many lives to remove one's blockages, but it is still the process to realizing your true self." Enlightenment is knowing What IS, is. Enlightenment is a realization of the soul, but enlightenment itself is not realization and it cannot be achieve. Sometimes people can get a glimpse of enlightenment, however, people stop the process because they think their tiny glimpse was the full enlightenment. The truth is, once someone gets to the beginning of Enlightenment, it is a never ending expansion of the soul. The soul continues to expand always experiencing new things. Enlightenment can never end. Most people are blocked from realizing their true self, soul. They cannot know their own Enlightenment because of emotions and the mind. Once one removes him/her self from the affects of the mind and emotion and becomes completely balanced, one will know the truth for his/her self, who he/she really is. Enlightenment cannot be fully explained or expressed artistically. Enlightenment just IS. With the guidance of an Enlightened Master, like Acharya Shree Yogeesh, one will begin their journey or continue their journey from their past life and through the slow process, gradually remove the blockages that keeps one from knowing their true self.

In the true sense, however, the only true sin is guilt. Guilt is the worst sin, because people don't truly understand their own conscience. If a person does something unintentionally and accidentally hurts somebody, that person usually feels guilt. However, in the karmic sense, you did no wrong because your intention was not to hurt. But because of your guilt, the guilt keeps you down and does not contribute to self-improvement. If one does wrong intentionally, in the karmic sense, it will bring them bad karma. Understanding guilt is a must. It is unfortunate that religions teach guilt and fear in order to influence their members, but in the spiritual sense, those who live a life of guilt can never grow.

They have persuaded their members to believe that God himself wrote the Bible, Quran, and other Holy Books or inspired others to write for him. This is not true. God is not human and cannot write. Jesus did not write the bible, and his disciples and followers may have misinterpreted his true teachings and have left certain things out. Holy Books should be used for good things, not as a Constitution, or a reason to hate others.

When we refer to God, we immediately separate ourselves. It is important to know that Soul if formless, bodiless, mindless and shapeless. It is hidden, but it can be realized. Soul cannot be proved. The person who realizes Soul, knows it. Soul knows itself and others. Soul can improve itself to the highest peak of consciousness - Total Aliveness. People say they "Know ThemSelves" however those that are stressed, angry, and controlled by their senses are really dead people. When Soul is realized, none of these lower qualities can affect them. It is important to remember that there is no difference between Soul and God. God/Soul can be realized, and through improvement you can. God is not separate from you, it IS you.
